Why I Drink Honey Water in the Morning?

One of the main cause of getting aged is definitely desiccation of the body. And drinking 2-3 litters water per day( more or less- depends on your physical condition and exercise) of course are the one of the basic, necessary and essential thing that you can do for yourself.
But there are also another useful tool that we should know- -and it is warm water with honey.
Over the years, the amount of water in the body decrease which leads to thickening of blood, decrease the elasticity of the skin, muscles, headaches, and so forth.
40 gradus celsius- the perfect water to drink in the morning on empty stomach with one spoon of raw unprocessed honey. 

And why is that?

Water absorption in the organism does not occur in the stomach as most people think but in  the small intestine. so it is best if it does not dilute. such as by juices, teas and other things.
And why it is better if water is warm?
Because the cold water body can not miss, it will be heated. That will be spent on additional energy and basically due to the energy of the kidneys. 
And by the way do you know why it is absolutely useless if you drink water during digestion food? Because or body will put it all on the dilution of digestive enzymes. 
Magic warm water washes away toxins in the morning from the walls intestines, remnants of undigested food and launches the brend new day for body.

I also prefer add there lemon juice and couple drops of apple vinegar.
