Hi! I am so glad you guys will read my article and will start Detox Challenge and I hope it will not be too hard. 
So i did edit this article 3(!) times. Because when i start my 31 Day Detox Challenge i was already light, what i mean here is that i did't eat any junk food or meat for a while and it was pretty easy to start.
But then after i finished my 31 Day Detox Challenge i decided to make a revenge to my husband for all his quotes about my way of eating and i made another Challenge --> 12 BURGERS CHALLENGE.
I will publish this VlOG Format Video and i hope my experience will be helpful and you will see the difference, BEFORE AND AFTER, and I hope you will make right conclusion.

So let' s go back to the main topic and let me tell you my way of preparation to transition for the new way of eating and living. At least a certain number of days. 

And My first version was about one week.
Now i would suggest to make at least two, but better three weeks. And the reason is to avoid stress in your life and make it more comfortable and sweet).

Week FIRST.
I don't like write "should" so i will write just about myself and my own experience.
On the week number One i add one fully raw meal per day. What does it mean? It can be salad( with none cooked ingredients). No meat, no chicken, nothing from the animal world. And i will make this as evening. And this salad will be as huge as to fulfill your stomach so much so you will hardly move. No kidding. And other part of your day- just no stress and eat whatever you would eat as in normal days. I mean MY days)) As soon as i write about my experience. And one day( for example saturday, as it is pretty lazy day and i don't have to spend a lot of energy on work or whatever) so one day i just drink: water, tea, juices. In short --> LIQUID DAY. And already in the end of the first week i feel myself so much lighter and better. And DON'T FORGET drink two or three liters of water per day.

Week SECOND.
All the same. One full raw meal per day. 
What else?
Find the best substitute of sugar and salt for you. As for me it is Honey(I really cannot live without this guy) or Agave Syrup and Soy Souce. 
Yay and that it. 
Plus enormous bottles of WATER.
And this week TWO LIQUID DAY.
Why? Because i want my stomach decrease in size, as at the point when i start my 31 DAY DETOX CHALLENGE i will not so crazy about food and i will feel more manageable about my hunger. So i will be able to deal with it properly.

Week THIRD.
NO MEAT, NO FISH, NO CHICKEN.
But i will still eat eggs and heat-treated meals as rice, pasta and etc.
Plus tons of water, honey and soy souce.

And in the end of the Week Three i will make Salt Cleaning of my stomach. Shanopraksholana. This is Indian Ayurvedic Way of your body cleanse and before challenge it is totally perfect.
